Offer valid from 09.00 AEST on 12/06/07 to 17.00 AEST on 30/06/08 or while stocks last ("Offer Period"). Claims received after 17:00 AEST on 30/06/08 will not be accepted. Limit of one sample per person during the Offer Period. Sample consists of one 2.6g Net trial sachet (1 weeks usage) of Colgate Total Professional Weekly Clean. Sample will be mailed to the address supplied on the claim form within 28 days of a valid claim being received, subject to availability. Offer open only to Australian residents. Colgate-Palmolive assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss as a result of technical or telecommunication problems. If such problems arise, Colgate-Palmolive may modify the offer.
